Adolescence - Paragraph for SSC & HSC

শিশুকাল থেকে একজন মানুষের প্রাপ্তবয়ষ্ক হবার পুরো প্রক্রিয়ার সময়কাল একজন মানুষের জীবনে অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে থাকে। এই সময়টি যেমন একজন কিশোর বা কিশোরীকে অনেক পরিবর্তনের মধ্য দিয়ে নিয়ে যায় , শারীরিক-মানসিকভাবে বিকশিত করে , ঠিক একইভাবে নানা ধরনের ফ্যান্টাসীর সাথে পরিচিত হতে শুরু করার ফলে সেসবকিছু এই সময়েই হাতছানি দিয়ে থাকে। যার ফলে এই সময়ে জীবনের অনেক ভূল এবং বাজে অভিজ্ঞতার সম্মুখীন হবার আশংকাও থাকে। 

মানুষের শারীরিক বিকাশের সাথে সাথে মানসিক সৃজনশীলতা, বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সক্ষমতা তৈরিতে এই সময়ের ভূমিকা চিন্তাতীত।   

Adolescence বা বয়ঃসন্ধিকাল নিয়ে paragraph লেখার জন্য, নিচে উল্লেখ করা কয়েকটি সাধারণ প্রশ্নের উত্তর গুছিয়ে লিখলেই প্যারাগ্রাফটির কাঠামো তৈরি হয়ে যাবে । যার সঙ্গে আনুসঙ্গিক আরো কিছু তথ্য উপস্থাপন করা হলে পূর্নাঙ্গ একটি paragraph তৈরি হবে । শিক্ষার্থীদের সুবিধার্থে উত্তরগুলো বাংলায় দেয়া হলঃ

Q1. What is adolescence?

মানব শিশুর, শিশুকাল শেষে শৈশব থেকে প্রাপ্তবয়ষ্ক হবার প্রক্রিয়াকে অর্থাৎ কৈশোরের সময়কে adolescence বা বয়ঃসন্ধি বলা হয়। বিশ্বস্বাস্থ্য সংস্থা অনুযায়ী ১০-১৯ বছর সময়কালকে adolescence হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয়ে থাকে।

এই পর্যায়ে মানুষের শারীরিক এবং মানসিক বিকাশ ঘটে। এই পর্যায়ের বিকাশ দ্রুতবর্ধন এবং পরিবর্তন এর সাহায্যে পরিলক্ষিত হয়ে থাকে।

এই পর্যায়ে কিশোর বা কিশোরীর গলার স্বরে পরিবর্তন লক্ষ্য করা যায়, তাদের চিন্তায় পরিবর্তন পরিলক্ষিত হয়। সামাজিক অবস্থান থেকে নিজেদের পরিচয় খুঁজতে চেষ্টা করে। নিজেদের প্রতিভা এবং দক্ষতা বুঝতে এবং খুঁজে পেতে শুরু করে।  

Q4. What kind of changes it can bring into a human’s life?

একজন মানুষের জীবনের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ন পরিবর্তন প্রক্রিয়া হিসেবে এই সময়টি খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ন, কেননা এই সময়ে একজন কিশোর-কিশোরী শিশুদের থেকে উচ্চতর চিন্তাশক্তির প্রয়োগ করতে শুরু করে,  শিশুদের মতো শুধুমাত্র বস্তুগত বিষয় নয় বরং এর বাইরের অনেক কিছুই বুঝতে এবং খুঁজতে শুরু করে। যা কিনা একজন মানুষ ভবিষ্যতে কেমন হবেন বা কতোটা দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন হবেন তা অনেকাংশেই নির্ধারন করে দেয়। 

Adolescence

Adolescence is the stage in a person's life when they progress from a child to an adult.

This physical and psychological development phase typically occurs between puberty and legal adulthood. It signifies one of the most critical transitions in a person's life. It is distinguished by rapid growth and change. In the biological process, there have been several significant changes and advancements. The most typical phenomena, for example, are puberty and a shift in tone. Adolescence is a phase of preparation for maturity, and as a result, several severe psychological changes occur in youth.

A person in adolescence can neither be referred to as a child nor an adult.

This phase marks the transition from childhood to maturity. 

The World Health Organization defines an adolescent as anyone between 10 and 19. Adolescent children go through many physical, intellectual, and social changes. They begin to think on a higher level than children. Ordinarily, youngsters can only reason clearly about tangible things. On the other hand, adolescents can cope with abstractions and see what might be true rather than observe.

When children reach adolescence, they search for their identity, form social attachments, and relate to the world. They are aware of their potential and skills. Humans go through both physical and sexual development.

However, puberty is also a crucial time. Some boys and girls may appear to float in an imaginary world. They don't even know that they are vulnerable to harmful influences in this phase. They may become hooked to narcotics or participate in wrongdoings. Adolescence is the stage in a person's life that influences how they will turn out in the future. As a result, this is not the time to let it go. It is more important than ever for parents to keep a close eye on their children without forcing them to lose individuality. Parents should promote their children's engagement in their choice if it does not violate the law, regulations, or values.
