স্বাধীনতার ৫০ বছর পরে এসেও বাংলাদেশ নানা দিকে পিছিয়ে আছে। পিছিয়ে পরা এই দেশের এবং এদেশের মানুষের জীবনযাত্রার মানকে উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্য নিয়ে “ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ” ধারণার আবির্ভাব হয়েছিল। যার মূল চালিকাশক্তিই হল তথ্য ও প্রযুক্তিগত উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশকে সম্মৃদ্ধশালী একটি দেশ হিসেবে গড়ে তোলা। বর্তমানে নানা ধরনের কার্যক্রমের সাহায্যে এই ধারণার বাস্তবায়ন পরিলক্ষিত হচ্ছে, তবে এখনো বাকী অনেকটা পথ। 

তবে আশা করা যায়, এই পরিকল্পনার বাস্তবায়ন হলে দেশ এবং সার্বিকভাবে জনমানুষের জীবনে এর ইতিবাচক প্রভাব পড়বে। 

Digital Bangladesh নিয়ে paragraph লেখার জন্য, নিচে উল্লেখ করা কয়েকটি সাধারণ প্রশ্নের উত্তর গুছিয়ে লিখলেই প্যারাগ্রাফটির কাঠামো তৈরি হয়ে যাবে । এর সঙ্গে আনুসঙ্গিক আরো কিছু তথ্য উপস্থাপন করা হলে paragraph টি পূর্নাঙ্গ হয়ে তৈরি হবে । শিক্ষার্থীদের সুবিধার্থে উত্তরগুলো বাংলায় দেয়া হল ।

সরকারী-বেসরকারী- আধা সরকারী সহ সকল ধরনের পরিষেবা প্রাপ্তির ক্ষেত্রে জনগন এবং সকল সংস্থাকে অনলাইন পরিসেবার আওতায় নিয়ে আসার মাধ্যমে ই-গভার্নেন্স এবং সার্ভিস ডেলিভারিকে অনলাইন ভিত্তিক  করে তোলার মাধ্যমে পুরো কার্যক্রমকে দ্রুত, সার্বজনীন এবং স্বয়ংক্রিয় করে তোলা।

দেশের সম্ভাব্য এবং বর্তমান সকল ধরনের সেক্টর এই পরিকল্পনার আওতাধীন।

এই পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী সারা দেশের সবশ্রেনী পেশায় থাকা জনগন হবে এই পরিকল্পনার সুবিধাভোগী।

অনলাইন ভিত্তিক পরিষেবা প্রাপ্তির ফলে প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠী শহরের সেবা থেকে বঞ্চিত হবে না, সকলেই সমান মানের সুযোগ প্রাপ্ত হবে, শিক্ষা, চিকিৎসা, তথ্য প্রাপ্তি সহ নানা ধরনের সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র অনলাইনের মাধ্যমেই পেতে পারবেন।  

Q6. How this nation can transform with the help of this? 

দেশের সুশাসন, পিছিয়ে পড়া জনগোষ্ঠীকে সুবিধা প্রদান, দূর্নীতি কমিয়ে আনা, সেবা প্রাপ্তির অধিকার বাস্তবায়ন,  যেকোন তথ্য প্রাপ্তির অধিকার সহ নানা ধরনের সুবিধার মাধ্যমে দারিদ্র, ক্ষুধা, জ্বরা, দূর্নীতিমুক্ত দেশ হবে বাংলাদেশ; যে দেশ আর্থিক, সামাজিক, রাজনৈতিক সহ সকল মানদণ্ডে  উন্নত দেশ হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে। এমনটাই আশা করা যায়। 

Digital Bangladesh

'Digital Bangladesh' refers to the process of digitalizing Bangladesh by establishing an ICT-based society in which information will be available online. Moreover, all conceivable government, non-government or semi-government activities can be performed via digital technology. It is a new development strategy for Bangladesh, mainly centered on improving information and communication technology. This development strategy particularly seeks to achieve E-governance and service delivery through information and communications technologies. Good administration and rapid service delivery still remain a distant dream in our country. It is critical to begin digitizing service delivery organs such as the Land Department, WASA, Power Development Board, Banking Sectors, Education Department, and to improve governance and service delivery. It is also critical to connect all administrative divisions and encourage more citizens to go digital. We can achieve long-term success by ensuring widespread access to information. Telemedicine, for example, can bring patients in rural areas closer to specialized doctors working in big cities. ICT may be used to give our farmers the most up-to-date agricultural commodity price information in our agrarian economy. E-Governance can bridge the gap between the government and its people by saving time and removing risks to citizens. The possibilities of Digital Bangladesh cannot be summed up in a few sentences. In digital Bangladesh, ordinary people will have access to many services. If we can create a digital Bangladesh, we can eliminate corruption, our country's fundamental concern. It will save consumers time and money while encouraging them to be more entrepreneurial. It will link individuals to the rest of the globe economically, politically, socially, academically, and culturally. It will bring banking and financial activity into the twenty-first century. Agriculture, health, education, and commerce would benefit from Bangladesh becoming digital. 

The majority of the efforts toward Digital Bangladesh have already been taken by the government. We are now reaping the rewards of it. Hopefully, the administration will be able to complete the planned digitalization of Bangladesh. An uninterruptible power supply is required for this. We must build computer network infrastructures across the country. We must also teach our people ICT skills and equal access to digital government services. Through technical advancement, the adoption of a digital Bangladesh can assist our country in making progress in all sectors and eliminating poverty, hunger, disease, and corruption.
